Restocking fees
Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of an ASQ Garden & Landscape error, ASQ Garden & Landscape may charge a restocking fee plus any applicable sales tax.
Other Returns
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. ASQ uses ‘Stripe’ for our online payment system which is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. ASQ does not store customer credit card details. Stripe encrypts data with AES-256 and decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe’s internal servers and daemons are able to obtain plaintext card numbers.
