Credit accounts and payments
Do you offer credit accounts or discounts for tradies?
Yes, we do! Complete our Credit Application form and return it to [email protected] to get set up. Even if you do not need a credit account, you still need to complete and return the form to receive a discount.
I’ve received an invoice for my account, how do I pay an outstanding bill?
Please contact our accounts receivable team on 03 4431 3502 or send an email to [email protected]. They will be happy to assist you in making the payment. ASQ Garden & Landscape gift cards cannot be used to pay outstanding balances on credit accounts.
What are my payment options?
We accept EFT, EFTPOS, or cash payments. Our website supports card payments made by Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Why is my credit account on hold?
Your account may be on hold if you have an unpaid, overdue bill or you’ve reached your credit limit (in which case you can still pay using cash or EFTPOS. Call accounts receivable for more information on 03 4431 3502 or send an email to [email protected] to rectify.

What do I do if I purchase a faulty product?
If you purchase a product and believe it to be faulty or damaged, please contact the site where you made the purchase as soon as possible.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. You can read more on our Website Terms and Conditions and Terms & Conditions of Trade.
How close are the images and product descriptions on your website?
We take every care to accurately describe our products and reproduce their correct colours in images. However, since our products are natural, the colour, images, and descriptions provided should be used as a guide only. If you require additional photos or would like to see the products in person, please reach out.

Do you provide advice on choosing the right concrete mix?
Absolutely! Our ASQ Premix Concrete team can help you select the ideal ready mix concrete blend—whether you need structural, EcoCrete, decorative, or ready-mix standard concrete—to suit your project’s specifications. For packaged cement and concrete mix products, our ASQ Garden & Landscape can guide you on choosing the right product for your needs.
Do I need to be a concreter to purchase from you?
All of our concrete products are available to everyone.
Do you have decorative concrete samples?
Yes, we do! Visit us at 2-6 Festini Way, Long Gully to see our range of ready-mix exposed aggregate concrete or visit the decorative concrete page on our website.
Can I schedule a specific delivery time for the concrete agi truck to arrive?
We get it—timing is everything! We aim to accommodate everyone's preferred delivery time. However, delivery times are subject to availability, and morning spots tend to book out fast. Call us on 4431 3590 to discuss your requirements, and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
VIP Program and Community Support
What is the ASQ VIP Program?
At ASQ Garden & Landscape, we believe beautiful gardens grow best in strong communities. That’s why we launched the VIP Program —a free community rewards program that lets you save while supporting a local cause you care about. As a VIP, you’ll get a 5% discount on every purchase, a birthday voucher each year, and access to our digital newsletter. Plus, every time you shop, 1% of your total purchase goes to a local community organisation of your choice from our Community Rewards Program partners.
How do I sign up as a VIP?
To sign up, create an account on our website or sign up in-store any ASQ Garden & Landscape location and start saving while making a difference!
Can I apply for support from your organisation for my community group?
We welcome applications from individuals, charities, sporting clubs, event committees and local community groups seeking support. Please download and read our guidelines, then complete the request form to apply.
Gift Cards
Do you have gift cards?
Physical and electronic gift cards that can be purchased in-store and online. ASQ Garden & Landscape Gift Cards are redeemable in-store at any ASQ Garden & Landscape location.
Can I trade my gift card for cash?
No, you cannot trade your gift card for cash. Please refer to our Gift Card Terms and Conditions for details.
Do you replace lost or stolen gift cards?
No, we do not replace lost, stolen or damaged gift cards. Please treat your gift card as if it were cash.
Nursery and Green Life products
Can I bring my dog?
No. Unfortunately, due to health and safety concerns, dogs are not allowed at any ASQ location. Except for service dogs, dogs with jobs are very welcome.
I am looking for a plant that you do not have in-store, do you do special orders?
We can try to source it for you! Let us know what you're after, and we'll see what we can do.
Do you offer a discount for bulk plant orders?
Yes, we do! We have Trolley Buy discounts. If you fill a trolley with 20 or more of the same plant variety, you’ll save 10%, and VIP members will save 15%.
Landscaping materials
Can I order a large quantity of landscaping materials?
Yes, you can order a large quantity of our landscaping materials. However, please note that our biggest ASQ Garden & Landscape truck can only hold up to 9m3 of product. For orders over this amount, we recommend contacting us for a quote on the product and delivery.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! With our Four for Free promotion, you’ll get free delivery when you purchase four or more cubic metres of landscaping materials and receive free delivery within 30km of your closest ASQ Garden & Landscape. Delivery is scheduled based on availability, typically it's scheduled for delivery within 3 business days.
Can I order online or over the phone and pick it up in-store?
Absolutely! We’re open 7 days a week, and all our products are available for in-store pickup at ASQ Garden & Landscape.
Do you have courtesy trailers?
Yes, we have 6x4 trailers available for complimentary hire at every ASQ Garden & Landscape.
Delivery
How far do you deliver, and how much does it cost?
Our fleet of vehicles delivers far and wide across Victoria. Delivery costs depend on how much product you require and where it is delivered. For a quote please contact us. For landscape material orders, you can also add products to the cart and then use the delivery calculator on our website.
When will I receive my delivery?
When placing an order, you can request a delivery day and time that suits you. While we strive to accommodate preferences, delivery times are subject to availability. Please try to order at least 3 business days before your preferred delivery day/time.
Can I pick up bulk quarry products up?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to collect bulk loads from our quarry—we’d love to see your truck roll in!
