Getting started with our online store

To start shopping with our new online store you need to setup an account. To set up an account, please follow the steps below. 

If you're an existing VIP member: 
1. Go to and click the account icon in the top right corner and select 'Account Home' 

2. Under the ‘Returning customer? Log in’ section, click ‘Forgot Your Password Click Here’
3. Enter your email address
4. Click ‘Send me a new password’
5. Follow the prompts sent to your email

(Please note if you didn't receive an email it means you're either not a current VIP member or the email address is different to the one you provided us with. Try an alternate email address, or follow the steps below to create a new account.)

If you're not a current VIP member: 
If you’re not an existing VIP member follow these steps: 
1. Go to
2. Under the ‘New Customer? Create an account’ section, enter your details
3. Click ‘Register and Continue’
4. You will then be directed to your new account page.








If you're a trade customer: 
At this stage we are only offering online shopping to VIP customers. If you are a trade account customer who would like to shop online, let us know!
