We accept EFT, EFTPOS, cash or cheque payments. Our website supports card payments made by Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

I am a business owner, do you offer discounts or credit?
Yes we do! Complete our credit application form (even if you don't want a credit account, you still need to complete it to receive the discount).
How do I apply for a credit account?
Please contact your closest site or your account manager if you're a trade customer. You can download our Credit Application and Terms and Conditions forms to fill in ahead of time as well.
Why is my account on hold?
Your account may be on hold if you have reached your credit limit (in which case you can still pay cash) or you have an unpaid, overdue bill. Please contact accounts receivable for more information 03 4431 3502 or email email@example.com.
Can I pay over the phone?

Refunds and exchanges
What do I do if I purchase a faulty product?
If you purchase a product and believe it to be faulty or damaged please contact the site in which you purchased it from as soon as possible.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
