Accounts and payment 

How do I pay an outstanding bill? 
Please contact our accounts receivable team at 03 4431 3502 or send an email to accounts@asq.net.au. They will be happy to assist you in making the payment.

What are my payment options?
We accept EFT, EFTPOS, cash or cheque payments. Our website supports card payments made by Visa, MasterCard and American Express. 

Who should I contact for a quote? 
Please contact your closest site or if you're a trade customer contact your account manager. For details click here.

I am a business owner, do you offer discounts or credit?
Yes, we do! Complete our Credit Application form (even if you don't want a credit account, you still need to complete it to receive the discount) to get set up. 

How do I apply for a credit account? 
Please contact your closest site or your account manager if you're a trade customer.  You can download our Credit Application and Terms and Conditions forms to fill in ahead of time as well.

Why is my account on hold? 
Your account may be on hold if you have reached your credit limit (in which case you can still pay cash) or you have an unpaid, overdue bill. Please contact accounts receivable for more information 03 4431 3502 or email accounts@asq.net.au to rectify. 

Can I pay over the phone? 
Yes, you can. Call 03 4431 3502.

 

Refunds and exchanges

What do I do if I purchase a faulty product? 
If you purchase a product and believe it to be faulty or damaged please contact the site in which you purchased it from as soon as possible. 

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
